n 手術時用，以控制血壓
n 手術時高血壓情況的血壓控制
n 急性心肌梗塞後的鬱血性心衰竭
n 不穩定狹心症
禁 忌 症
n 有對硝酸鹽、亞硝酸鹽過敏病史者
n 青光眼患者（glaucoma – increases intraocular pressure）
n 嚴重貧血患者
（anemia – sudden and drastic lowing of blood pressure may occur）
用法及用量
1. 不需稀釋,以靜脈輸注的方式給予。
2. Millisrol Inj. x 10 amp.
以適當溶液稀釋至500ml
