酥皮。奶油焗花椰菜




其實..我也種了..白色花椰菜





只是..今晚的.白色花椰菜..是別人送的..



今天做晚餐..真是有點搞烏龍..



準備好..花椰菜一朵..





=>切成小朵.洗淨=>入滾水川燙=>瀝乾水份=>備用




.準備的材料有..培根.奶油.麵粉.起司2




做【白醬】..=>鍋微熱.將奶油先溶化..





=>加入..適量的麵粉 =>炒香.炒勻





=>再加入..適量的牛奶 =>形成濃稠狀





..所有的材料..擺放好=>再將白醬均勻淋在花椰菜上..




=> 鋪上..起司2片..



=> 送進 180度 烤箱...



奇怪了!烤了許久了..怎麼不見..這起司2.溶化呢??..


怎麼..一點都不像『奶油焗花椰』呀!..


天啊!..是我記錯了..冰箱的『穌皮』誤認為『起司』了..


..烤都烤了!....將錯就錯了..


問老公..好吃嗎!?..老公說..可以吃!..


再問一次..好吃嗎!?..


...可以吃!!..
